What I love most about travelling is the lasting connections when you feel part of the family – like when I visited Vivi and her family in Puerto Rico!
As many of you know, Puerto Rico and other islands of the Caribbean are experiencing the devastating results of Hurricane Maria. One of the areas strongly hit last month is Aibonito, where Vivi and her her family live! The result of the hurricane left families in this area with no power, or cell communication!
Vivi sent us these pictures so we can have a better idea of the situation. Thankfully she and her family are safe and well, however Aibonito is running low on food and water.
